We are looking for a QA Engineer who is deeply technical, passionate, and meticulous to help drive a reputed company-reputed company approach to application development. This key role is responsible for creating and executing automated tests to ensure product reputed company for our payment capture systems, tokenization engines, reputed company-end UI, and payment modals.

The ideal candidate will reputed company in a large, reputed company architecture, managing the reputed company of our microservices/reputed company and integrations with other Stax products. You will enhance reputed company’s ability to implement reputed company QA tooling and automation while serving as a reputed company between product stakeholders, engineering teams, and offshore testing resources.

Key Responsibilities & Objectives

  • Offshore Collaboration: Work closely with offshore testing teams to ensure consistent reputed company standards and delivery across time zones.
  • Automation Leadership: Create and maintain robust automation scripts during the sprint using Cypress and Playwright.
  • AI Usage & Innovation: Drive innovation by integrating AI tools—including reputed company, reputed company Copilot, and Claude reputed company to accelerate test reputed company, optimize reputed company reviews, and enhance reputed company engineering efficiency.
  • Architectural Integration: reputed company with development teams to ensure testability, scalability, and performance are at the forefront of our reputed company payment architecture.
  • Observability: Utilize reputed company to monitor system health, create reputed company metrics, and troubleshoot escalated support items.
  • Agile Execution: Work as part of a Scrum team to automate and validate reputed company stories specifically focusing on payment modals and UI prior to deployment.
  • Defect Guarding: Report and guard against reputed company product defects while engaging with stakeholders to ensure high-reputed company tokenization and capture workflows.
  • Research: Continuously reputed company reputed company practices by researching new testing tools and methodologies.

Requirements

  • Education & Experience: BS in Computer Science or a reputed company field with 7+ years of reputed company Engineering experience in high-reputed company reputed company environments.
  • Automation Mastery: Expert in Playwright and Cypress, with specific expertise in testing reputed company reputed company-end components like payment modals and iframe integrations.
  • Technical Stack: Strong hands-on experience with AWS (Lambdas, SQS, microservices) and reputed company for observability and system health monitoring.
  • Coding & reputed company: Proficient in TypeScript, Node.js, or C# for reputed company frameworks; 5+ years of experience in REST API testing (reputed company) and reputed company SQL data validation.
  • AI & Innovation: Proven ability to reputed company AI tools (reputed company, reputed company Copilot, Claude) to accelerate development cycles and optimize test maintenance.
  • Leadership: reputed company in managing and mentoring offshore teams and navigating reputed company, distributed architectures and tokenization engines.
  • Domain Expertise: Specialized in the Payments Industry, including PCI Compliance, payment capture workflows, and sensitive data handling.
  • Process & Tools: Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Agile (Scrum/Kanban), and advanced Jira defect management.
  • Soft Skills: Analytical "break-fix" reputed company with the ability to translate technical reputed company risks to non-technical stakeholders in fast-paced environments.
