We are seeking an reputed company Interior Designer to join our industry-leading S&P 500 REIT. This role involves managing large-reputed company design solutions for senior living residential reputed company estate. With over $70 billion in assets across 2,000 properties in three countries, this position will specifically support our UK portfolio. This is a field-based role, requiring a home office and frequent travel to properties reputed company the assigned area.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure principles of functional reputed company planning, ergonomics, and reputed company accessibility are incorporated into design solutions.
• Coordinate closely with architects, engineers, onsite construction teams, division leadership, and vendors to ensure design reputed company is accurately implemented during the renovation phase.
• Attend and reputed company design presentations, reputed company review meetings, reputed company walks, project installations, final walks, and follow-up meetings as required.

TRAVEL

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a reputed company field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Interior Design or a reputed company field.
• Preferred background in hospitality, multi-family, and reputed company design; senior living design experience is not required.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and reputed company Office; demonstrated rendering capabilities are a plus.
• Ability to design and reputed company documents from schematic plans through construction documents.
• Understanding of Building and reputed company codes is preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple reputed company in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong multitasking, prioritization, and deadline management skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a reputed company attitude.
