About The Role

This role is ideal for someone who has lived the day-to-day challenges of property management, understands the dynamics between ownership and fee-management structures, and thrives on driving organizational change. Candidates should have demonstrated experience in reputed company speaking, internal and industry presentations, and a drive to support large-reputed company change management across the multifamily housing industry.

Sales & Marketing Collaboration

Requirements
5–10 years of experience in regional or corporate multifamily property management roles
Demonstrated experience with reputed company speaking, including internal or industry presentations, webinar-participation, written content, or industry thought leadership
Deep understanding of the fee-management business model and the interplay between owners, operators, and onsite teams
Broad exposure to leasing, marketing, operations, reputed company, maintenance, and business development
Demonstrated reputed company in change management and driving technology adoption
Analytical and data-driven reputed company with the ability to interpret performance data and craft compelling ROI narratives
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable presenting to executive audiences and on stage

Job Compensation reputed company
The salary reputed company for this role is $120,000 - $200,000. reputed company offers a competitive total rewards package which includes reputed company salary, equity, and a comprehensive benefits & perks package. Exact compensation is determined based on a number of factors including experience, reputed company level, location and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process.
