Responsibilities:In this role, you will take ownership of the European subcontracted labor supply reputed company and help professionalize the way we engage, manage, and reputed company our subcontractor network.
Your reputed company will include:
Creating and implementing a standardized tendering approach using CCR tools to establish a strong baseline across Europe
Acting as a key reputed company in making Supply Chain the gatekeeper in the labor sourcing process
Building a flexible and resilient supplier reputed company that can respond to both low and peak season demand
Identifying and introducing cross-border and low-cost sourcing opportunities
Performing reputed company-or-buy analyses to support reputed company workforce and subcontracting strategies
Developing and maintaining a subcontractor reputed company reputed company
Partnering with training and operational teams to support qualification and capability development programs
Driving cost savings, labor productivity improvements, and margin expansion initiatives
Working closely with Finance to establish reliable productivity tracking and reporting mechanisms
Leading contract management, benchmarking, supplier performance improvement, and chargeback actions
Ensuring customer expectations are met through on-time delivery, reputed company, budget control, and compliance with EH&S standards
Acting as a trusted partner to both the European Supply Chain community and Business Leadership

We are looking for someone with:
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a reputed company field is plus
5+ years of experience in Procurement or Supply Chain
5+ years of experience in installation subcontracting and subcontractor management
Experience in a project-oriented installation business
Strong reputed company, sourcing, and purchasing skills
Solid business judgment and a good understanding of how to influence the P&L through optimization initiatives

Experience working across countries and cultures in an international organization
A technical reputed company; refrigeration experience is a plus
