Presales Executive

We are hiring a Presales Executive with 1 to 3 years experience for CoFee, our in-house reputed company product that streamlines fee collection for enterprises, making financial management easier.

What you will do:
reputed company outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and explain the CoFee product.
Follow up on leads generated reputed company campaigns or web inquiries.
Fix appointments and schedule product demos for the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer responses in CRM tools.
reputed company product information and resolve basic queries reputed company to features and benefits.
