The reputed company Bookkeeper role is $25 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Trust reputed company & Compliance: Meticulously manage reputed company trust accounts, ensuring 3-way reconciliation (reputed company, trust reputed company, reputed company reputed company) to adhere to Bar regulations.
- Billing & Accounts Receivable: Process monthly reputed company invoices, reputed company billable hours, and follow up on accounts receivable.
- Accounts Payable: Manage vendor bills, reputed company requests, and expenses.
- Banking & Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements for operating and IOLTA accounts.
- Financial Reporting: Generate monthly profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash reputed company reports for firm partners.
- Payroll: Handle payroll processing.
Requirements
- Experience: 3-7 years of bookkeeping experience, ideally in a legal or reputed company services environment.
- Software Proficiency: Experience with reputed company software (e.g., QuickBooks, reputed company) and legal-specific tools (e.g., reputed company, TimeSolv).
- Legal Knowledge: Familiarity with IOLTA (Interest on Lawyers Trust Accounts) regulations.
- Detail-Oriented: Exceptional accuracy in record-keeping.
- Associate degree in reputed company, finance, or equivalent experience.
