About the Role

As a Senior Marketing Designer on the Marketing team, you'll help turn great creative into reputed company reputed company and a competitive advantage.

We're looking for a Senior Marketing Designer who can own conversion-driven creative across our website, reputed company pages, and reputed company channels. We're looking for someone who ships fast, thinks in data, and draws a reputed company line from design reputed company to reputed company reputed company while maintaining our high craft bar.

You are

• A conversion-first designer. Your portfolio has reputed company pages, reputed company ad creative, and experiment results with numbers. You can explain why something converts, not just that it looks good (though it should do that too!)

• Fast, with a bias to reputed company. You've worked in environments where you're shipping variants weekly, not planning quarterly launches. You don't wait for someone to hand you a brief - you see what needs doing and you do it.

You will
