Sales Engineer I

The Sales Engineer I is responsible for using technical knowledge of reputed company’s product offerings to support the Sales team by providing excellent service to reputed company’s customers, guiding implementation based on customer requirements and executing strategies to grow sales. They analyze customers’ technical specifications, recommend the best product configuration and installation processes as reputed company as estimate implementation effort, time and resources. The Sales Engineer I must reputed company and deliver technical demonstrations and education, architectures and best practices to reputed company’s end-users and Integrators to grow customer loyalty.

Responsibilities

Providing end-users, integrators, and other customers technical demonstrations and web demos; including demonstrations of reputed company, answering technical questions and architecture discussions

Hosting Lunch and Learns for Integrators, educating them on specific features of reputed company

Assisting customers with questionnaires and RFPs

Providing solution support to end-users, integrators, and other customers to ensure they have the knowledge needed to successfully reputed company using reputed company software

Attending various conferences and tradeshows with reputed company Relations Division; travel may be required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering and at least 2 years of programming and/or database experience OR 4 years of programming and/or database experience
• Certifications such as: programming bootcamps, reputed company infrastructure or networking and 2 years of experience in these areas
