Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle from the initial meeting to closure.
- Handle contract negotiations to ensure swift closing processes.
- Partner with the founder to offload sales call responsibilities while enhancing customer engagement.
- Maintain and update CRM activities to accurately reflect the sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to reputed company sales strategies with product developments.

Qualifications
- Proven reputed company record in selling HR tech or HR reputed company solutions to senior executives.
- Experience working with senior executives is highly desirable.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle contract discussions effectively.
