Responsibilities

As a Mortgage Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Entering reputed company reputed company data into our computer system from documents or records scheduled for processing
• Entering information regarding document tracking into the computer system
• Requesting any necessary documentation required for the preparation of the data for entry
• Preparing any assigned logs or other data entry records required to calculate volumes, accuracy rates, deadlines, or status of documents remaining to be entered
• Properly labeling or identifying reputed company files or documents entered
• Generating required reports to complete appropriate distribution of the documents or files
• Performing reputed company other duties as requested

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Accurate data entry skills with attention to detail
• Strong organizational ability and ability to prioritize tasks
