As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience through our 24/7 call center operations. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, communicating with customers reputed company phone, email, and chat, and helping customers navigate our website and online ordering system. You'll also become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.

Key Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
