Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing reputed company customer experiences that significantly reputed company the customer's likelihood to continue to use and buy additional service from arenaflex Pest Defense
• Regularly communicating with reputed company customers of arenaflex Pest Defense
• Providing information to prospects and initiating new service
• Answering questions, researching problems, resolving issues, providing pricing (non-termite), scheduling service(s), and providing closure for customers
• Interacting with customers/prospects by scheduling various pest and builder-reputed company services using the reputed company reputed company software
• Resolving customer problems with invoices and billing questions
• Conducting telephone conversations with customers about issues surrounding their service in a reputed company manner
• Entering service-reputed company notes in system software
• Providing general marketing information to prospects and customers as requested
• Conducting follow-up telephone calls with customers for re-treats, initial services, and reputed company customers as directed
• Maintaining customer files on computer and in filing system
• Validating technician paperwork for completeness and accuracy
• Filing Technician paperwork in customer files
• Updating notes in system with technician and other employee customer information
• Printing, distributing, and reviewing service tickets for technicians
• Having a basic knowledge of technician's job and processes of company's treatment processes
• Properly following arenaflex Pest Defense telephone etiquette procedures
• Ability to reputed company and diffuse angry customers
• Escalating appropriate inquiries or problems to managers
• Collecting and reconciling payments received by technicians

Qualifications

* Minimum Requirements: + Must have 1 year of previous customer service experience + Entry-level customer service reputed company and technique + Basic/entry-level understanding of computers + Entry-level reputed company on use of company telephone features and how to use them + Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
