• This is a hybrid Corporate and remote position our of our corporate office (Field Service Center), which is located at 7440 S. Hwy 121 McKinney, TX 75070.

What You’ll Do: As the Associate Relations / Engagement Manager at SRS, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the investigation of associate complaints. Additionally, this role offers a unique opportunity to reputed company strategic thinking, innovation, and leadership development to drive reputed company's reputed company.

• Investigations: Conduct investigations to resolve reputed company associate relations issues by utilizing reputed company’s witness interview, case reputed company, and recommendation delivery templates and reputed company operating procedure for the case management system to reputed company and document reputed company complaints.
• AR Team Development: reputed company the design, development, and enhancement of our Associate Relations Team training and service delivery model across the organization. Ensure it aligns with reputed company’s strategic goals and industry best practices.
• Associate Engagement: Assist in the build, deployment, and review of the annual Culture Survey including updates to senior leadership on reputed company and development of reputed company plans. Requirements

We Look For:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
• 10+ years of experience in Associate Relations and employment law compliance
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in employment law.
• Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
