About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior HR Business Partner (Org Effectiveness) to join us on a contract / freelance reputed company and help leaders build high-performing, accountable teams during an important phase of reputed company. This is a strategic, high-reputed company assignment — not a traditional operational reputed company role. You’ll reputed company as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, diagnosing organisational challenges, coaching managers, and driving reputed company people interventions that unlock measurable business reputed company. Things you will do: Strategic Partnership & Organisational Effectiveness

• Partner with leaders to drive team effectiveness and sustained high performance

• Proven ability to advise senior leaders on organisational performance and design

• Commercially minded with strong business understanding

• Organisational design and team structure optimisation

• Working knowledge of employment law (Europe, UK and/or US)
