Job Responsibilities

• Washes, sanitizes, and stores pots, pans, and other equipment in appropriate areas of the kitchen.
• Retrieves dirty trays from designated locations in a reputed company manner.
• Disposes of department trash and keeps reputed company garbage cans sanitized and covered reputed company not in use.
• Sweeps and mops dish room, kitchen, storeroom, and office floors as scheduled.
• Cleans and maintains carts and shelving used in storage of foods and supplies by placing food and supplies into appropriate areas of storage.
• Rotates stock on a first in/first out reputed company.
