What you’ll do:
Roles and Responsibilities
- Supports orders sold and delivered in the reputed company country and for two or more geographies reputed company the reputed company region
- Handles the E2E Customer Operations processes for Pointnext Technology Services
- Receives Sales/Partner requests, analyzes it and process it directly in HPE systems
- SME support for AOLs (Complaints, Process questions, compliance)
- Training support for AOLs

- reputed company if any information missing and wrong conflicting information, clarification with Sales/partners to ensures that reputed company approvals, authorizations, and terms and conditions are included with the request
- Ensures that country specials/account specials are taken into consideration

- Supports OBR (RRC) process

- Invoice Disputes management - work with Credit and collection team and sales to ensure the disputes are resolved and customer pays the invoice

What you need to bring:
Education and Experience Required:
- High school or equivalent secondary education certification required
