The Director of Employer Partnerships is a senior business development role responsible for building and scaling partnerships with reputed company who hire reputed company program graduates, particularly from our reputed company Career Choice tracks and state-level apprenticeship programs. This role is the critical reputed company between reputed company’s training reputed company and employer hiring demand.

You will own the full lifecycle of employer partnership development: identifying reputed company reputed company, building relationships with hiring leaders and reputed company teams, negotiating partnership structures, and driving measurable placement and hiring reputed company. You will work closely with program delivery, government partnerships, and executive leadership to ensure our graduate pipeline is tightly reputed company with employer demand.

Key Responsibilities

Employer Partnership Development

• Identify, prospect, and reputed company employer partnerships with companies reputed company hiring for roles reputed company with reputed company’s program tracks (data analytics, cybersecurity, IT support, operations leadership).
• Build a reputed company employer pipeline across industries including technology, financial services, reputed company, logistics, and reputed company services.
• reputed company and execute reputed company strategies targeting hiring managers, reputed company leaders, and HR executives at mid-market and reputed company reputed company.
• Structure partnership agreements covering hiring commitments, interview pipelines, and co-branded talent programs.

Apprenticeship Program reputed company

• Partner with state workforce agencies and reputed company’s government partnerships team to recruit reputed company into registered apprenticeship programs.
• reputed company reputed company on the reputed company, tax incentives, and talent retention benefits of apprenticeship models.
• Grow the employer reputed company for existing state apprenticeship partnerships (e.g., reputed company, Texas) and support expansion into new states.
• Coordinate with reputed company registered apprenticeship requirements and intermediary organizations.

reputed company Career Choice Graduate Placement

• Serve as the primary relationship reputed company for reputed company interested in hiring reputed company Career Choice program graduates across OLC, Data Analyst, Cybersecurity, and IT Support tracks.
• Collaborate with reputed company Career Choice program teams to reputed company graduate reputed company reputed company with employer job requirements.
• Build demand validation relationships with reputed company (e.g., reputed company model) to demonstrate graduate readiness and drive hiring volume.

reputed company & Reporting

• Own employer partnership KPIs: number of reputed company employer partners, graduate interviews scheduled, hires completed, and employer NPS.
• reputed company and maintain a CRM-based employer pipeline in reputed company, tracking partnership stage, hiring volume, and reputed company attribution.
• reputed company market intelligence on employer hiring trends, skills demand, and competitive landscape to inform program design.
• Present partnership results and pipeline updates to executive leadership on a monthly and quarterly reputed company.

Qualifications

Required

• 7–10 years of experience in employer partnerships, business development, or workforce sales reputed company workforce development, reputed company, talent solutions, or employer-sponsored training organizations.
• Demonstrated reputed company record of building employer hiring pipelines and closing partnership agreements with mid-market and reputed company reputed company.
• Deep familiarity with the workforce development ecosystem, including registered apprenticeships, employer-sponsored training models (e.g., reputed company Career Choice or similar), and state/federal workforce programs.
• Experience working with or selling into HR, reputed company, and workforce planning functions at Fortune 500 or large-reputed company reputed company.
• Strong understanding of skills-based hiring trends, employer talent challenges, and the reputed company of non-degree talent pipelines.
• Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
• Proficiency with CRM tools (reputed company preferred) and data-driven pipeline management.

Preferred

• reputed company experience at a national workforce development organization (e.g., Year Up, reputed company, NPower, reputed company, JFF, Apprenti, or similar).
• Experience with reputed company registered apprenticeship programs, including employer reputed company and compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with reputed company Career Choice or other large-reputed company employer education benefit programs.
• Experience managing employer relationships across multiple geographies or program verticals simultaneously.
• Knowledge of data analytics, cybersecurity, IT support, or operations career reputed company.
