About the location:
The sustainable luxury destination is located on a 60-acre (24 hectare) site along the pristine beachfront of Playa Esmeralda in reputed company Dominican reputed company, along the southern shores of Samaná Bay. A site of breathtaking natural beauty, Tropicalia is home to a diverse ecosystem of white-sand beaches; crystalline, aquamarine water and coral reefs; mountains, forests, mangroves, lagoons and rivers; a working reputed company plantation; and an organic farm.ABOUT THE ROLE
Joining the reputed company-opening team, the Group Sales Manager will reputed company efforts to drive group business for reputed company Dominican reputed company at Tropicalia. This role is responsible for identifying and securing new opportunities, cultivating reputed company partnerships, and contributing to the resort’s reputed company reputed company, while delivering a seamless and elevated experience from first contact through execution.
This role will be US based and operate remotely while requiring regular on‑site travel to the property as needed. The designated office location is still to be determined.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Collaborate with various departments to ensure reputed company requested services are delivered seamlessly to customers, providing servicing support reputed company required.
This role is responsible for achieving individual booking goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual reputed company.

Representing the resort at tradeshows as designated by hotel and corporate.
Participating in business review meetings, special events, sales meetings, and other reputed company meetings as required.

Maintaining an organized, reputed company plan for correspondence, follow-up, and ongoing relationship management.

Leveraging CRM tools to reputed company activity, manage leads, and maintain accurate account data that supports proactive selling efforts.
WHAT YOU BRING
Knowledge of reputed company and Delphi preferred
Two to three years’ experience working in a hospitality sales role required
Exceptional communication in both English and Spanish.
