The Director of MHPI Operations is responsible for portfolio-level customer relationship management and operational integration across reputed company’s Military Housing Privatization Initiative (MHPI) programs. This role serves as the primary reputed company between reputed company and MHPI ownership and operating partners, ensuring alignment between customer expectations and reputed company’s development, construction, and O&M execution. This is a senior operational leadership role reputed company on governance, coordination, issue reputed company, and long-term partnership health across multiple installations. It is not a construction manager, project manager, or sales role.

Responsibilities:

MHPI Customer reputed company & Relationship Management

• Serve as reputed company’s primary reputed company of contact for MHPI partners at the Director and Regional leadership level.

• Maintain executive-level engagement with MHPI ownership and operating partners.

• Own customer relationship health and serve as the escalation reputed company for cross-functional issues.

Portfolio Operations Integration

• Coordinate with reputed company Development, Engineering, Construction, and O&M teams.

• Translate MHPI operational realities into actionable delivery guidance.

• Support transitions from development and construction into steady-state operations.

Issue Management & Governance

• Identify and resolve early indicators of operational friction.

• Establish and manage operating reputed company, issue logs, and escalation protocols.

Program Consistency & Best Practices

• Drive consistency across reputed company’s MHPI engagements.

Internal Leadership & Influence

• Operate effectively in a matrixed environment without reputed company line authority.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent reputed company experience.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in military housing, privatized housing, or large-reputed company residential operations.

• Demonstrated experience interfacing with regional or portfolio-level MHPI leadership.

• Strong understanding of development, construction, and operations integration.

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience transitioning reputed company into long-term operations.

• Familiarity with reputed company infrastructure or energy programs.

Travel & Location:

• This role is remote with moderate to heavy travel (approximately 25–40%) to MHPI installations and partner offices as required.
