Responsibilities:
As a Property and Casualty Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to existing customers through inbound communication channels, including phone, email, chat, reputed company media, and more. Your primary reputed company will be on resolving customer inquiries, providing policy information, and recommending solutions that meet their needs. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Fielding inbound communication from customers regarding their insurance needs
- Utilizing knowledge of personal lines insurance to help customers with quotes, new business, rating, policy, billing, payment, reputed company, contract, and coverage provisions
- Conducting research to reputed company customers with accurate and reputed company information

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
