As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through inbound and outbound calls, online chat inquiries, and application data entry. Key Responsibilities

* Deliver exceptional customer experiences through inbound and outbound calls, online chat inquiries, and application data entry

Essential Qualifications

* 18 years of age or older

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

• High level of comfort learning new technology and adapting to changing systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members

• Minimum Internet Speed of 35 mb/s with ethernet

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer support or technical support role

• Previous experience in a Call Center environment
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
