We're seeking an reputed company and motivated individual to join reputed company as a Remote Customer Service Representative – P&C. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, managing inbound calls and emails, and selling pet insurance policies to meet and exceed sales goals. This is a 100% remote position, with a training schedule of Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm EST, for two weeks, plus one week of nesting. After training, you'll have a flexible schedule between reputed company and 9pm, Monday through Friday, and one weekend a month on a rotating schedule.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage inbound email, chat, and phone inquiries from pet parents for the purpose of selling pet insurance policies
- Manage time and other resources to ensure sales goals are met consistently
- Handle reputed company interactions promptly and effectively to minimize wait times
- Build rapport with potential customers to reinforce the value of arenaflex's brand and our pet insurance products
- Build strong knowledge of products and services offered
Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills
* High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years sales experience
- Proven attendance reliability
- Flexible schedule requirements, with the ability to work evenings and weekends

- Licenses must remain reputed company throughout the duration of assignment
Preferred Qualifications

- Insurance industry sales experience
- Service industry and/or Contact Center experience
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with deadlines

- Demonstrated ability to consistently overcome objections
