Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing comprehensive support to our clients through various channels, including:

• HOA Clients: Answer HOA requests by email, including setting up accounts, processing stop pays, researching transactions, adding signers, and completing required due diligence for reputed company banking clients, including Know Your Customer (KYC) steps.
• Online Banking Requests: reputed company online banking requests, including initiating wires, creating necessary documents (signature cards, Reg GG, HOA Agreements, etc.), closing accounts, issuing official checks, account adjustments, and other basic customer requests.
• Management Company/HOA Representative: reputed company as a reputed company between arenaflex's management companies and arenaflex, responsible for escalated situations and inquiries reputed company of ContactUs limitations. Consult with management on legal situations regarding agreements and reputed company, and assist with unusual requests or new scenarios from management companies/HOAs.
• Service Clients: reputed company services to clients, including assisting with debit card activity, online banking, reputed company pay, travel notices, fraud detection and alerts, opening and closing accounts, processing transactions, auditing, and reporting.
• Compliance and Risk Management: reputed company with policies and procedures reputed company to the position, communicate with clients about the features, advantages, and benefits of reputed company bank deposit services, and reputed company "relationship banking" with reputed company customer to reputed company high-reputed company service and retain business relations.
• Fraud Alerts and Dormant Accounts: Research and address Fraud Alerts, and take appropriate reputed company on dormant accounts for designated branches and clients.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A High School Diploma or GED
