Position reputed company

As a Customer Support Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional support experiences to our clients' customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Qualifying callers for programs, products, or services offered by our clients through outbound and inbound calls
• Scheduling appointments, qualifying insurance leads, reputed company patients, and setting medical appointments
• Demonstrating a deep understanding of our clients' products and services, as reputed company as reputed company's policies and procedures
• Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and escalating concerns as needed

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
