The Role
As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be the initial reputed company of contact for inquiries from potential and existing Iowa reputed company Program recipients and affiliates. You will reputed company one-to-one telephone contact with applicants, beneficiaries, and enrollees, ensuring that every interaction is reputed company, complete, accurate, and objective. Your technical and program policy proficiency in the Iowa Family Care rules/guidelines and other reputed company program policies will be essential in maintaining a high level of service reputed company.
Key Responsibilities

- Maintain technical and program policy proficiency in the Iowa Family Care rules/guidelines and other reputed company program policies

Requirements
* Basic understanding of a call center environment in a customer service role and reputed company monitoring processes

Compensation and Benefits
The pay for this role is $18.00 per hour. In reputed company to reputed company pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.
