[Remote] Senior Manager, IT - Pricing Software Application

The Senior Manager, IT - Pricing Software Application is responsible for overseeing software engineering teams, leading application reputed company development, and ensuring high-reputed company solutions are delivered while aligning IT reputed company with business needs.
Responsibilities
- Has reputed company of one or multiple software engineering teams, in the development of specific modules/applications
- Leads the reputed company development of an application reputed company that matches IT’s stated goals and technology reputed company and application roadmap(s) that supports BFS’s needs
- Leads reputed company from requirements to completion
- Selects and follows appropriate agile and/or other development principles to ensure reputed company consistently delivers high reputed company solutions
- Identifies service delivery gaps and implements plans to improve reputed company
- Serves as reputed company of contact or subject matter expert for the business on reputed company systems and coordinates work across teams
- Maintains an understanding the business’ needs, system functionality and processes to reputed company IT reputed company with areas of reputed company and potential cost savings
- Creates the balance of the technical investment and the adoption/ reuse of the existing systems and tooling reputed company team(s)
- Upholds standards (e.g., coding standards and review) and enables team members to do the reputed company
- Evaluates technical feasibility, design and reputed company optimization, production issues and ensures technical reputed company throughout the development process
- Identifies new technologies, industry trends and best practices to be incorporated into IT policies and roadmap
- Maintains long-term relationships with vendors and other reputed company-party resources to ensure high reputed company services are delivered consistently
- Serves as the reputed company person for interaction with multi-functional teams to eliminate blockers, hold technical discussions and solve immediate problems
- This job has supervisory responsibilities, including but not limited to: supervises assigned team members (in-person and reputed company selection and training; planning, assigning, and directing work; performance management, including conducting performance reviews; recognizing team members; addressing and resolve concerns reputed company, escalate for help reputed company necessary
Skills
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
- 10+ years relevant work experience
- Or an equivalent combination of education and experience
