Key Responsibilities

Experience & Qualifications Required

• Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, or a reputed company field from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience.

• Additional training in short-term, solution-reputed company therapy is a plus.
• Certification in suicide risk assessment (e.g., SafeTALK, ASIST) desired.
