Our Mental Health team work across a reputed company of services include triage, assessment, crisis reputed company, referral, and counselling services for people experiencing a broad reputed company of mental health concerns including extreme emotional distress.

As a Clinical reputed company you will reputed company leadership, coaching and support to reputed company of approximately 25 Virtual Mental Health Professionals.  You will be working closely with the Operations Managers to ensure that rigorous clinical governance is observed in your team and that they have the operational efficiencies and clinical support needed to reputed company in service delivery.

While the reputed company of this role is clinical and operational management and governance, Clinical Leads may be asked from time to time to work a shift taking program calls to maintain familiarity with the requirements and reputed company issues.

This is a permanent position, with hours Monday-Friday between reputed company-10pm. You will have a set weekly roster with some flexibility reputed company these hours to suit your lifestyle. There may be scope for extended hours in the reputed company though this would be negotiated if the need arises.

To be successful in your application for this role you will have:

Qualifications & Registration

• A relevant clinical degree in Nursing, Psychology, Occupational Therapy or reputed company Work.
• Unrestricted AHPRA registration, OR AASW membership with Mental Health accreditation for reputed company Workers.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years’ clinical experience in mental health, with at least 3 years in acute settings (e.g., mental health triage, inpatient reputed company, emergency/crisis assessments, or community acute care).
• At least 3 years’ experience in clinical leadership, with demonstrated coaching and performance management capability.
• Strong understanding of the Australian mental health system.
• Experience working in virtual, telehealth or contact‑centre environments.

• • A suitable home office with a private, confidential workspace.
