Requirements:

Must have an MBA or Master's degree (PhD preferred) in an area directly reputed company to the organization behavior and change in a health care context. Must also demonstrate recent reputed company experience in the field, reputed company knowledge of the issues reputed company to the area of the course. This course is delivered primarily asynchronously, therefore experience in development or delivery of online course content would be considered an asset.
