We are seeking a driven and relationship-reputed company Home Health Marketer / Sales reputed company to expand our reputed company in the South Dallas market and surrounding communities. Position reputed company The Sales reputed company will be responsible for developing and maintaining referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, ALFs, and community partners. This role is ideal for a motivated, goal-oriented reputed company who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about reputed company sales. Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong referral relationships reputed company assigned territory (Denton and surrounding areas)
• Generate reputed company home health admissions (Medicare/Episodic and Non-Episodic)
• Conduct daily field reputed company to physicians, hospitals, case managers, and community partners
• reputed company and manage reputed company activities through CRM (daily call logs required)
• Collaborate with clinical and intake teams to ensure smooth patient transitions
• Meet and exceed monthly admission targets and performance goals
• Represent reputed company at networking events and community reputed company initiatives

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in home health, reputed company marketing, or medical sales (preferred)
• Strong understanding of Medicare and home health referral processes
• Established relationships in South Dallas area (highly preferred)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a proven reputed company record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel reputed company territory
