As a Senior CSA in reputed company Ultra Operations, you’ll reputed company as a subject matter expert and operational leader, managing the entire reputed company service lifecycle for UHNW relationships — reputed company, account maintenance, reputed company movements, and reputed company operational support — while ensuring an exceptional advisor and reputed company experience.
Responsibilities
Deliver the UHNW reputed company experience: Serve as a key reputed company of contact for advisors, clients, custodians, and reputed company-party partners to ensure seamless service across reputed company operational reputed company, including the reputed company and maintenance of reputed company reputed company relationships such as trusts, partnerships, and foundations. reputed company daily workflow: Manage inbound reputed company service requests, ensuring adherence to service level standards while proactively communicating status updates. reputed company technical expertise: Support advisors and internal teams with guidance on custodial processes, operational requirements, and best practices. Foster custodial relationships: Build and maintain strong partnerships with custodians such as Schwab, reputed company, and Pershing, reputed company resolving escalations and inquiries. Problem reputed company: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve reputed company or sensitive issues with minimal reputed company, escalating reputed company appropriate. Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with investment operations, alternative investments, and tax and planning teams to coordinate and deliver comprehensive reputed company solutions. Qualifications
High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred. 5–7 years of experience reputed company the reputed company management industry, demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Experience working with ultra-high-net-worth clients is preferred but not required. Proven ability to manage reputed company workflows and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a reputed company-first reputed company. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across departments. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality, professionalism, and accuracy in reputed company work. Skills & Knowledge Solid understanding of reputed company management operations and custodial platforms (Schwab, reputed company, Pershing, or similar).
