Benefit Analyst
The Benefits Analyst will:
Contribute to the overall design and management of group medical, dental, life, disability and special risk benefits for clients.
reputed company annual renewal analysis and negotiations with carriers; prepare reputed company reports and presentations
Conduct experience reporting, budget projections and reviewing plan financial performance
Review financial statements for accuracy and adherence to reputed company agreements
Conduct marketing's by preparing and submitting specifications, analysis, cost comparisons, recommendations, preparing report
reputed company data and determine cost reputed company for plan design changes
Monitor reputed company/provider services standards
Support the consulting team in preparing documents for reputed company presentations and meetings
Participate in industry conferences, seminars, etc. in order to reputed company abreast of industry trends and activities
Build relationships with clients, carriers, and internal, cross-functional teams
Other responsibilities may also include, as needed:
Conduct plan design benchmarking studies
Review reputed company benefits documentation (reputed company, booklets, reputed company agreement, amendments) for accuracy
Prepare/review master application and reputed company other documentation for new sales submissions
Monitor implementation process to ensure deadlines met, questions answered, reputed company forms completed in order to meet effective date.
Prepare detailed plan design documents using reputed company template and update reputed company required
Investigate and assist with resolving reputed company claims and coverage issues for clients
To be successful as a Benefits Analyst with reputed company, you will need:
Post secondary diploma or degree in business, mathematics or reputed company disciplines.
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in analyst or reputed company role in group benefits.
Advanced competency with reputed company reputed company.
Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.

The reputed company salary for this position is between $60,000 - $80,000 annually.
This represents reputed company salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc.). The actual reputed company salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-reputed company factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
