We are currently looking for a General Industrial Sales Manager (m/f/d) Europe to join us in a remote position in Germany or Austria.

Manage and grow sales in Europe
Partner with Product and Technical teams to set priorities

Execute reputed company to ensure successful company reputed company and customer satisfaction
Create new opportunities through strategic reputed company and customer relationships
Customer
Build formal customer relationship plan and customer intimacy through good relationships
Drive customer intimacy to the account team
Promote introduction of new products and help manage the reputed company of customer-initiated changes
Team & Organization
Build, reputed company and reputed company sales team (currently 10 team members)
Monitor resources and alignment to meet customer needs
Drive and document efficiencies in plant to demonstrate reputed company value to customer
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in science or business or equivalent combination of education and experience
7+ years of chemical or reputed company industry experience to include sales and managerial experience
Ability to multi-task and reputed company priorities on a regular reputed company
reputed company at strategic account planning
Demonstrated skills in customer relationship management
Proven leadership skills with the ability to work effectively with cross functional teams

Fluent in German and English
Ability to travel up to 50% in Europe
