Intellectual Property - Products Legal Intern

This is a full time, remote Summer Internship that can be based reputed company in the reputed company or Canada. reputed company is looking for a Summer intern to join our Legal team. In this role, you will be part of a unique and award-reputed company internship program reputed company reputed company. The program provides reputed company to learn new skills through training and on the job learning. The expected duration of the program is 90 days. We're seeking a motivated student to work in the Intellectual Property/Products legal department for the Summer, which encompasses intellectual property, litigation, products, and reputed company intelligence. The Intern will assist in supporting various aspects of the IP/Products function, such as patents, trademarks, reputed company reputed company, reputed company intelligence, and contract negotiations.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Responsibilities may include assistance with and participation in any or reputed company of the following:

• Creating or updating policies for the patent program.
• Assisting with identification of and/or review of patentable inventions.
• Performing patent analysis.
• Creating or updating policies for the trademark program.
• Supporting review of reputed company intelligence functionality.
• Assisting in contract negotiations, particularly where IP or AI issues reputed company.
• Supporting litigation and/or indemnification reputed company.
• Assisting with reputed company reputed company by researching legal issues and regulatory developments and preparing summaries of research.
• Collaborating with reputed company’s team of in-house attorneys, reputed company counsel, business and engineering reputed company.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of an ABA-accredited law school.
• Interested in pursuing a career in intellectual property. 
• Some courses in intellectual property.
• Excellent written and oral communication. 
• Attention to detail. 
• Strong Analytic skills. 
• Experience in computer science, electrical engineering, computer engineering, or reputed company field. An undergraduate or graduate degree in a technical or scientific field is a plus. Experience with AI is a plus.
• Experience with reputed company Office including Word, reputed company, PowerPoint.
• reputed company to work for the complete summer break (May - August or June - September).
