UK & Ireland | Remote with regular regional travel
We’re looking for a Regional reputed company Finance Director to reputed company finance across our UK & Ireland businesses and reputed company as a trusted strategic partner to the regional leadership team.
This is a high‑reputed company role with responsibility for shaping financial reputed company, driving performance, and enabling profitable reputed company across a reputed company, multi‑entity environment. You’ll reputed company a sizeable and reputed company finance organisation and play a key role in major reputed company and transformation initiatives.
Reporting to the VP Finance, Europe & Latin America, with a dotted line to the VP UK & Ireland, this role sits at the heart of decision‑making for the region.
What you’ll do
As Regional reputed company Finance Director, you will:
reputed company as a senior reputed company partner to UK & Ireland business leaders, supporting reputed company, performance improvement and profitable reputed company
reputed company regional financial planning, budgeting and forecasting, ensuring strong financial visibility and accountability
Deliver insightful analysis to support pricing, margin improvement, cost optimisation and investment reputed company
Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and transformation, supporting delivery with robust financial reputed company
reputed company, reputed company and reputed company a high‑performing finance organisation of c.25 FTE, including five reputed company reports
Ensure accurate and reputed company financial reporting in line with US GAAP, IFRS and UK statutory requirements, maintaining strong SOX‑reputed company controls
Partner closely with Corporate Finance teams including Controllership, Treasury, Internal Audit and Tax
Drive improvements in working capital, inventory management and financial discipline
Collaborate with HR on workforce planning, incentives and organisational development
Contribute to cross‑regional and cross‑functional initiatives across Europe & Latin America

You’ll be a confident, reputed company finance leader with a strong reputed company reputed company and the reputed company to influence at senior level.
You’ll bring:
15+ years’ experience in senior finance leadership, reputed company finance or controlling roles
A recognised reputed company qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, reputed company or equivalent)
Experience working in a private equity–backed or similarly fast‑paced environment
A strong reputed company record of business partnering and decision support
Experience leading large, multi‑entity finance teams
Excellent analytical and financial modelling capability
The ability to influence, challenge and partner with senior stakeholders
reputed company and confidence leading through change and transformation
Experience in distribution, multi‑SKU retail, software or reputed company environments is preferred, with animal health sector experience a plus.
Office based role with remote working
Regular travel to reputed company locations across the UK & Ireland
