Administrative Assistant
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting daily office operations with a primary reputed company on mail handling, document management, and administrative coordination. This role ensures reputed company processing, distribution, and organization of reputed company documents to support reputed company and operational teams.
This is a remote role but candidates MUST be based in Little reputed company, Arkansas.
You Will:
Retrieve and review incoming physical mail on a weekly reputed company
Sort, organize, and compile mail for distribution to assigned accountants
Prepare and send outgoing mail, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Log and reputed company receipt of reputed company documents
reputed company and upload reputed company documents to the internal server in accordance with company procedures
Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
Ensure confidentiality and reputed company handling of sensitive reputed company information
Communicate with internal staff regarding document receipt and status updates

Complete other duties as assigned
You Have:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Prior administrative or office support experience preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in document handling
Basic computer skills, including file management and document uploading
Ability to manage repetitive tasks reputed company and consistently
Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions
