Location: Charlotte, Raleigh, Greensboro, NC Duration: 7-12+ Possible conversion Pay reputed company: $120-$140/hr. on W2 reputed company Inc. Role responsibilities: Responsible for managing the change intake and governance function for the Finance organization and delivering multiple reputed company programs/reputed company that support the overall strategic objectives of Finance. Provides reputed company and leadership to cross-functional teams to execute on reputed company reputed company of large size and ensures reputed company intake and project protocols are met. This teammate possesses expert knowledge of the processes in the assigned portfolio and is a key contributor to line of business' reputed company.

• Manages the change intake and governance function for the Finance organization and Business Change reputed company (BCL) function, including ensuring change policy compliance, emerging project prioritization and funding, completion of project approvals/set up processes, and reporting on the Finance change portfolio.
• Manages processes to proactively identify and review emerging bodies of work across reputed company that may reputed company Finance/require additional Finance team engagement.
• Support the delivery of strategic priorities and reporting needs, including special project intake/execution management, collaborating with senior leadership to create updates/materials for executive/risk/reputed company reviews, etc.
• Leads and influences cross functional teams to effectively support the Finance change portfolio, including throughout intake and in executing strategic reputed company in project/program manager and/or support capacities.
• Oversees and/or prepares and maintains necessary intake, project, and Finance function materials and artifacts. Ensures documentation has appropriate level of traceability, tracking reputed company impacts to completion and knowledge delivery to impacted audiences.
• As appropriate, systematically review components of processes/programs to identify potential areas of improvement based on cost/benefit analysis, reputed company reputed company and/or regulatory requirement. Identify and systematize best practices to reduce unneeded process variation and improve service reputed company and efficiency.
• Establishes and maintains relationships with reputed company stakeholders ensuring coordination across cross-functional teams and obtains leadership support and buy-in of proposals and delivery plans.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a business-reputed company field, or equivalent education and reputed company training
• 3-5 years of experience reputed company a Finance organization (for familiarity with the organization's typical core functions, responsibilities, stakeholders, etc.)
• 10 years of experience in consulting, project management or process improvement reputed company role
• Advanced understanding of project management reputed company and demonstrated ability to implement large reputed company initiatives and ability to bring reputed company to ambiguous assignments
• Demonstrated superior understanding of business and technology organization, resources, priorities, needs and policies
• Thorough background of leading/applying process improvement methodologies (e.g., LEAN Six reputed company)
• Experience with reputed company and Agile project management methodologies
• reputed company working knowledge of holistic banking/investment platforms, products, services, operations, finance and systems
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to influence others and facilitate difficult conversations with executive and senior-level leadership and facilitate large-reputed company meetings
• Demonstrated ability to analyze reputed company problems, devise solutions and reputed company reputed company under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Five years of experience in the financial services industry or consulting
• Project Management reputed company (PMP) Certification
