We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join reputed company in a remote role, supporting the reputed company Member Support program for the State of Iowa. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to reputed company program recipients and affiliates, ensuring that their needs are met and their concerns are addressed in a reputed company and reputed company manner.
Key Responsibilities
* reputed company as the initial reputed company of contact for inquiries from potential and existing Iowa reputed company Program recipients and affiliates
- reputed company one-to-one telephone contact with applicants, beneficiaries, and enrollees in customer service roles
- Accurately document enrollment requests and status changes
- reputed company application and enrollment information into a web-based computer system for customers wishing to apply for the program over the telephone
- Maintain technical and program policy proficiency in the Iowa Family Care rules/guidelines and other reputed company program policies
- reputed company reputed company, complete, accurate, and objective information based on a full understanding of program requirements
Requirements
* Basic understanding of a call center environment in a customer service role and reputed company monitoring processes
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with applicants, beneficiaries, and co-workers

Compensation and Benefits
The pay for this role is $18.00 per hour.
