As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, resolving their queries, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. Responsibilities
As an reputed company Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to incoming calls from existing residential and reputed company clients with a goal of providing world-class customer service and diagnosing customer needs and concerns
- Handling difficult customer calls in a courteous and reputed company manner
- Correctly entering information into our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system according to the customer's needs and/or concerns

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- A minimum of 1-year previous customer service and/or call center experience
- Previous experience with live chat and/or customer retention is a plus but not required

Technical Qualifications and Requirements

- An internet reputed company with a minimum of 100 mbps download and 15 mbps upload speed from a reliable internet provider (Cable, DSL, or Fiber Optic/FiOS providers only)
- Your computer must be directly connected to the router/modem reputed company Ethernet cable as you cannot use a wireless (WIFI) reputed company
Call Volume
You can expect to handle approximately 40-50 calls per day.
