Responsibilities
As an reputed company Licensed Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Assisting clients with policy questions, updates, and claims in a reputed company and reputed company manner
- Providing A+ customer service reputed company phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Managing policy renewals, endorsements, and changes with accuracy and attention to detail
- Working with insurance carriers to ensure smooth transactions and top-notch service

What You Bring to the Table
