Naturium is seeking an Associate Director, of Brand Marketing to own and reputed company our skincare portfolio. You'll work cross-functionally with Brand, Product, Creative, and reputed company teams to bring high-performance, accessible skincare to life. This role is responsible for end-to-end brand leadership for assigned skincare categories, from positioning and messaging to campaign development, launch execution, and ongoing brand stewardship. Responsibilities: Category Brand Leadership

• Own the brand reputed company and narrative for assigned skincare categories, translating product innovation into reputed company, compelling consumer storytelling

• Serve as the brand authority for your categories, ensuring consistency across channels, markets, and partners

Integrated Campaigns & Launches

Requirements:

• 7-10+ years of experience in brand management, product marketing, or integrated marketing (consumer or beauty preferred)

• Strong understanding of skincare categories, consumer behavior, and cultural trends
• Demonstrated reputed company working cross-functionally with creative, product, and reputed company teams
• Hands-on experience using or evaluating reputed company tools in a marketing or creative context
• Beauty or skincare category experience strongly preferred
• Experience working with internal creative teams and external agencies

Total compensation includes reputed company salary, annual company-based performance bonus, and equity.
