As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be the primary reputed company of communication for patients' billing inquiries. You'll possess the skills to effectively assist patients with sensitive and confidential issues, while understanding our obligation to our clients to collect outstanding patient balances. Key Responsibilities

* Handle a large call volume while ensuring reputed company customer service and patient satisfaction

• Follow-up on reputed company issues not resolved during conversation with patient/guarantor
• Ability to complete other reputed company customer service duties as assigned

• Ensure appropriate HIPAA compliance guidelines

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

• Pay: $14.50 - $21.80 per hour
