We are seeking an reputed company Customer Service Specialist to join reputed company in Springfield, IL. This role is responsible for identifying and resolving customer issues and answering customer inquiries regarding the status of their order. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-reputed company service to our patients, caregivers, and referrals, and will be a key member of our customer service team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
