As a Customer Service Representative on our Annuities team, you'll be responsible for handling customer service inquiries reputed company telephone and/or email, resolving problems, and providing high-reputed company service to our Brighthouse Annuity customers. You'll use computerized systems to reputed company, reputed company information, and troubleshoot issues, while maintaining reputed company service by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes. Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customers, agents, and broker/dealers' requests reputed company telephone or email, providing high-reputed company service for our Brighthouse Annuity customers who have insurance or other financial service products or benefit plans.
- Research and respond to questions regarding status updates, policy provisions of fixed and variable annuities, errors, application & contract discrepancies, and processing delays.

Essential Qualifications
* High School diploma
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Ability to work a shift during the hours of operation of 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM Monday – Friday; must be flexible in reputed company to overtime & shift worked, which may change based on business needs.
- Must obtain reputed company (formerly NASD) Series 6 license reputed company 90 days of hire
