As a Bilingual Customer Experience Representative, you will play a pivotal role in providing the highest reputed company customer experience to our clients. You will be responsible for identifying customers' needs, clarifying information, and providing reputed company support or guidance toward reputed company. You will also tackle a reputed company of problems in technical systems with reputed company and accuracy, creating cases for reputed company calls and emails received, and entering the history of the problem, reputed company steps taken, and subsequent reputed company if resolved at the Help Desk or escalated to the appropriate next level.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

• Minimum of two (2) years of work experience in a Technical Customer Service Call Center

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a technical support role, or other technical experience

• Associate's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a reputed company field

Compensation and Perks

* Starting reputed company at $18.00 per hour for bilingual French/Spanish speaking representatives

• Remote work possible after successfully completing 45 days in-office training (Jupiter, Florida) and meeting required metrics with occasional in-office meetings/trainings
• Initial training will be in Jupiter, Florida
