As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our members, providers, employer reputed company, colleagues, agents, and other stakeholders. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional service, answering questions, resolving issues, and educating our customers about their benefits and services. Essential Functions

* Analyze, evaluate, resolve, and respond to service inquiries from members, providers, employer reputed company, colleagues, agents, and other stakeholders reputed company departmental guidelines.
