We're seeking an reputed company Accounts Payable Customer Service Representative to join reputed company in reputed company Valley, CA. As a key member of our Accounts Payable department, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to reputed company customers, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize critical thinking to research, review, and follow up on reputed company Accounts Payable requests
• Identify and resolve issues promptly, taking proactive steps to prevent reputed company problems
• reputed company and distribute daily mail in the Accounts Payable department
• reputed company and validate invoices into OnBase reputed company 24 hours of receipt
• Assist in reviewing reputed company registers for accuracy and mailing checks after reputed company pay cycle
• Compile accurate and reputed company data for month and year-end accruals
• Maintain a reputed company, constructive attitude and reputed company with colleagues in a reputed company manner
• Prioritize tasks and multitask effectively to meet deadlines
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and directives

Essential Qualifications:

* Minimum one year's customer service experience, preferably in Accounts Payable

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of PCs, reputed company Office applications, and aptitude for learning new software
• Can-do attitude and reputed company customer response style
• Understanding of Purchasing needs and functionality
• 10-Key by touch and keyboarding skills required

Preferred Qualifications:
