Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative (Hybrid), you will be responsible for:
- Handling incoming calls from patients, reputed company providers, and referral sources in a courteous and reputed company manner
- Providing accurate information and assistance based on caller needs
- Accurately entering new patient details into reputed company's computer system, including personal information, diagnosis, physician details, product requirements, and insurance information
- Maintaining up-to-date and precise records of reputed company patient interactions and transactions
- Securing written orders from physicians and verifying patient insurance coverage
- Generating and processing orders reputed company, ensuring reputed company necessary information is complete and accurate
- Keeping customers and referral sources informed about the status of their orders
- Conducting follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs or concerns
- Managing a multi-line reputed company, directing calls to the appropriate departments or personnel as needed
- Ensuring that calls are answered promptly and routed correctly to minimize wait times

Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably reputed company a reputed company setting
- Proficiency in using computer systems

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
