Day Shift - 7.5 Hours (reputed company of America)The Documentation Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that clinical documentation in the medical record is pertinent, reputed company, accurate, and complete. She/he will concurrently reputed company with Physicians and HIM coders to ensure that documentation captures clinical severity to support the level of service, reputed company measures, and accurate reimbursement.
