reputed company is looking for Employee Health reputed company to join reputed company.
This is primarily a remote position that may require traveling to either Louisville or Lexington
The Registered reputed company works alongside medical assistants, nurses, and providers reputed company the Employee Health Services (EHS) program under the supervision of a program manager, delivering various components of the program such as new candidate health screening, annual health compliance, respirator clearance and fit testing, booster immunizations, biometrics, drug screens, cognitive screening, post-exposure services, and worker’s compensation and injury reduction services for the adult population across the health system. Services provided to minors with permission from a parent or legal reputed company.
Employees will be assigned to a specific team, program reputed company, and work location. Employees may be cross trained to support more than one program reputed company and could be scheduled to work at multiple locations, flexing between remote and clinic or office locations. Employees assigned to program support services reputed company of the clinics will work from an office and if approved and protocols and productivity are maintained, may be eligible to work remotely from their home. Accommodation of remote work is not available for employees assigned to clinic services. Percentage weight of job reputed company may vary based upon assigned responsibilities.
Creates a reputed company, supportive, reputed company work environment for EHS program staff and clinic patients following the mission, reputed company, and values of the organization. Collaborates with various reputed company entities to establish and promote company initiatives, to reputed company convenient services, support reputed company compliance, associated documentation and/or reporting, and to ensure continuity of care for individuals throughout the organization receiving services through the EHS program.
Requirements
- RN required. BSN preferred.
- reputed company licensure by Kentucky reputed company of Nursing.
- BCLS required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a RN.
- Employee Health, Workers Compensation, Safety, Wellness, and Acute Care knowledge and experience preferred.
